Justin - This is my second contract with Justin and Advantage RN, and I could not be happier with a recruiter! He's stuck with me through both personal issues and professional issues.
When I first contacted Justin, I had been out of work for awhile and we were getting close to losing our house. I contacted Justin and explained how things were on a very personal level. We both shared personal experienced about our lives with each other. He could definitely relate to the different issues I was experiencing and that really made me feel more comfortable and made me want to work with him just that much more. I've dealt with other agencies and recruiters before, and they truly don't have that "touch" that Justin has to make me feel like I'm worthy of the work that I do.
Justin definitely has the experience and knowledge that is needed in a quality recruiter for our profession. If I ever hear of another traveler complaining about their company or recruiter, I never hesitate to write down Justin’s phone number and hand it to them.
I look forward to working with Justin and Advantage RN exclusively as long as I feel the need to travel, and this is truly because of Justin and how it seems that he truly enjoys his job as a recruiter and helping us take care of patients as best we can.

Donna – As a new traveler I was extremely hesitant to begin a new journey with someone that I have never met face to face. A friend recommended Donna and 'guaranteed that I would just love her'.
