Dear Advantage RN Nurse Traveler:
Advantage RN uses ADP’s Portal payroll system for your weekly payroll processing. The system was designed to be user-friendly and includes features such as 24/7 access to your pay statements and the ability to print your W-2 forms (typically by mid-January) and make quick changes to your W-4.
The first point to remember about our payroll process is that your timesheet has to be turned in each week by Sunday at midnight in order for you to be paid on the following Friday. If we do not receive your signed timesheet by this time, your check MAY be deposited into your account LATE.
In order to get up and running on ADP’s Portal secure payroll system, you’ll need to complete the following steps. Having a recent pay statement with you will help you with the process:
- Go to www.portal.adp.com
- Click on “First Time User” and then “Register Now”
- Enter your registration pass code which is ADVRN-1111
- Verify your identity (name/ssno)
- Enter your contact information (email/phone)
- Enter your security information
- View your user ID and create a password.
After completing the registration process and receiving a confirmation email you’ll be able to access your pay statements at www.portal.adp.com using your new user ID. You’ll also be able to update your personal information (using the Myself tab) so we can stay in better touch with you as you move from assignment to assignment.
Your paycheck will be directly deposited into your bank account each Friday. If you do NOT have a checking account, we can issue a TotalPay debit card to you via ADP. This card is accepted by the same merchants accepting the Visa debit card and by the ATMs accepting ADP PIN numbers. To receive this card, you need to fill out an application form and send it in to us. To learn more, please refer to www.portal.adp.com.
