A Race to Walk 5k: in Honor of Seth Barwick

When our Recruiter, Katlyn, shared her friend — Seth Barwick’s — story with us, we knew we had to help. Seth was a college athlete who was in a horrific accident in 2006 that left him severely injured with traumatic injuries that destroyed 40% of the bulb of nerve and broke nearly every bone in his head. For two years Seth fought his way through several surgeries and then re-enrolled and completed his Bachelor’s Degree with Honors.  He’s now focusing on learning to walk again at a state-of-the-art medical facility in NC.

Advantage RN donated funds to the South Atlantic Brain Injury Fund to help with the uninsured expenses related to Seth’s physical therapy and rehab expenses. We’re cheering for you, Seth! You are an inspiration!
