The monthly housing quote you’ll receive from one of our friendly housing coordinators includes a one-bedroom package that includes furniture and TV. In this case, furniture means a sofa, chair and dining room table with chairs, end tables, a TV (with stand), queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstand and lamps. The utilities included are electric, gas, water and sewer.
Need cable and internet? You’ll have to set these up if you would like them. If you need the name of the providers, we can get that for you. Housewares (like dishes and a microwave — unless it’s built-in) are not included, but we can normally arrange for it at an additional cost.
The Advantage RN Benefits Package covers first day doctor, specialist, emergency room, hospital and urgent care visits as well as prescription drug purchases. There’s also optional insurance for dental and vision coverage. Enroll with our optional Voya insurance to cover accidents, sickness and other conditions. Advantage RN will make a monthly contribution toward your health insurance premium.
All Advantage RN professionals are provided with $15,000 of life insurance coverage at no cost.

Refer a friend to Advantage RN using our submittal form and, when your referral completes a 13-week assignment, you will receive your cash reward! The good news is that your cash reward increases with every new nurse you refer to us.
Advantage RN travelers are eligible to participate in the 401(k) retirement plan of our parent company, Cross Country Healthcare. Eligibility to enroll and contribute begins after you have completed 260 hours of work in a consecutive 90-day period or 1,000 hours of work in a 12-month period. Matching begins after you have worked with us for a year; you will be fully vested after three years of service. Details will be emailed to you when you are eligible to participate.
Do you want to travel out-of-state and need another license? We have you covered! Advantage RN will be happy to pay the licensing fee for your upcoming assignment (within 30 days of your start day). We’ll also take care of your new or renewed American Heart Association certification costs for your ACLS, BLS and PALS. In other words, everything you need for your new assignment just got a little less expensive when you work for Advantage RN!

We offer FREE CEU hours for our nurses so you can keep up with your continuing education – on us! Over 700 online classes in 44 specialty areas are available.
