Competitive Pay Rates and Extra Compensation

This also means providing positions that offer 36 – 48 hours per week. Some positions offer even more hours per week! First Day Medical Insurance
and Optional Supplemental Insurance
The Advantage RN Benefits Package covers first day doctor, specialist, emergency room, hospital, and urgent care visits as well as prescription drug purchases. There’s also optional insurance for dental and vision coverage. Enroll with our optional AFLAC insurance to cover accidents, sickness, cancer and other conditions. Advantage RN will make a monthly contribution toward your health insurance premium.
Free Life Insurance
Advantage RN Professionals are provided with $15,000 of life Insurance coverage at no cost. Travelers will need to sign up for this benefit.

Direct Deposit and On-Line Payroll
While you’re away from home, you don’t have to worry about receiving and depositing your hard earned money. We’ll conveniently deposit your weekly pay, and you’ll have access to your payroll information 24/7 through ADP.
Sign On, Loyalty, Extension, Holiday, Overtime/Call Back and PTO Bonuses
As another way of saying thank you for working with us, Advantage RN offers its travel nurses Loyalty Bonuses of up to $500 on every 4 to 13+ week extension you accept with us. We also award Sign On, Extension, Overtime, Call Back and Holiday bonuses for our travelers. Our PTO Bonuses are for travelers who have been with us 39+ weeks since 2013 and have completed three or more 13-week assignments. Your PTO Bonus amount is based on your specialty and the number of hours worked on your current contract. Talk to your recruiter for specifics on all of our bonuses.
Refer a friend to Advantage RN using our submittal form and when your referral completes a 13-week assignment, you will receive your cash reward! The good news is that you cash reward increases with every new nurse you refer to us. You’ll receive $500 for your first referral; $750 for the second, and for the third (and beyond) referrals, you’ll get paid $1000!
Your enrollment in our company-matching 401(k) program allows you to save more money toward your retirement. Advantage RN’s program matches 25% of up to 6% of your eligible compensation. You can enroll in the program after you have completed 260 hours of work in a consecutive 90-day period or 1,000 hours in a 12 month period. Matching begins after you have been with us a year; you will be fully vested after three years of service.
License Reimbursement and Professional Certification Assistance
Do you want to travel out-of-state and need another license? We’ve got you covered! Advantage RN will be happy to pay the licensing fee for you for the state licensure needed for your upcoming assignment. We’ll also pay up to $200/year for two certification renewals. That means keeping up to date with your ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, etc., just got a little less expensive when you work for Advantage RN! Simply send in an expense report along with the fee receipt/s after you have completed the assignment, and we’ll reimburse you.
An On Staff Clinical Educator
Need some extra help to feel more comfortable for your pre-employment nurse testing? Have clinical questions while on assignment and need some support? Not to worry! You’ve got a friend in Missy, RN, BSN, our experienced Clinical Educator, who is dedicated to assisting you each clinical step of the way. FREE CEU Hours
We also offer FREE CEU hours for our nurses, so you can keep up with your continuing education hours – on us! Over 700 on-line classes in 44 specialty areas are available. Brush up on your fetal monitoring skills, check out the child abuse class for ER or take a management class – in your free time and on our dime! You can even take CEU courses in lieu of sitting in a classroom to get recertified. Yes! Free and unlimited CEU courses are just another advantage of working with Advantage RN!
